The entire upstairs is your private retreat. A boat slip may be available, with owner permission.
The best seats in the house for views of waterways & ocean.
This special vacation destination is now available for rentals of 1-2 persons.   If you can pry yourself from the porch, you can walk to downtown, ride bikes, kayak, or cook a gourmet meal with fresh herbs from the garden.  The unforgettable dining table is a treat in itself, but all the better for its views of the waterways.

This upstairs rental has 1 bedroom, 1-1/2 baths, a separate TV room with a leather recliner sofa, and a panoramic view from a private veranda.

This unique, well-supplied kitchen is a cook's delight.
Large living/dining room features wide water views.
Queen bed, lots of storage and a half bath.
Leather reclining seats and DVD player/TV.
Spacious dining on the veranda.
The view to south includes Pivers & Carrot islands.
Built in seating in living/dining room.
This unit can comfortably accommodate unexpected overnight guests on this built-in seating, although the apartment is best for couples.   The apartment is particularly suited for entertaining dinner guests, if noise is kept to moderate levels and reasonable hours.   Your visitors must park off of the property.
Kayaks are available at your own risk. Life vests required.
Help yourself to fresh lettuces and herbs from this dingy planter.
Brick courtyard/parking area
A glider inside is an unexpected bit of fun.
Roadside plants are among guests' favorites.
Unexpectedly private and quiet, this porch offers a constantly-changing vista which encompasses anything from wild ponies to rare, migrating birds and pods of dolphins at play.   If you are observant, you'll see the water turn milk-white at dusk, just before the skies turn cobalt blue.   The white fish houses across the way are violet at first light.
When the sun dips below the horizon, the real show begins!
